To provide much better services we collect feedback through our study, which highlighted a need to seek out our clients’ views more regularly and ensure we are listening to, and acting on, perceived requirements.
Year upon year we have continued to improve our services by updating the way we conduct, report and respond to this project feedback. This personal and iterative approach supports our clients, our projects and our industry.
We have since implemented several initiatives to properly realise these aspirations, including our project-level client feedback process now opted by our project delivery teams across the nation.
